Privacy

Stalk is not designed to get to know you. There is no account and no sign-in, and you are never asked for your name, location, or contacts. Only anonymous usage statistics are collected, solely to improve the game.

Stored on your device

Your game progress, the screenshots you take, the evidence you upload, and your settings are kept only in your device’s local storage. They are not sent to the developer or to any third party. Deleting the app permanently erases all of it.

Sponsored content and measurement

When connected to the internet, the game downloads the current content for the store apps on the phone. View and click counts for sponsored placements may be kept only as daily totals. No device, advertising, or user identifiers are sent. The text you search for in in-game stores is not recorded.

Usage statistics

Google Firebase Analytics is used to understand which parts of the game are used. Collected: the names of screens opened in the game, a random app instance ID, device model, operating system and app version, approximate country, and session durations. Not collected: your name, account, contacts, location, or any text you type in the game (searches, notes, passcodes, answers). No advertising ID is collected, and the data is not used for advertising, personalization, or cross-app tracking. The data is processed by Google (Firebase privacy). Deleting the app resets the app instance ID; you can request deletion of your data by email.

Notifications

Notification permission is never requested mid-game; it is asked for only on the morning screen, and only if you choose. If you grant it, your device subscribes to a general topic and a language topic in Firebase Cloud Messaging for announcements. The notification token is not sent to our server and is not used to identify you. Reminders sent when a night is left unfinished are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn off this permission at any time in your device settings.

Permissions

The fictional in-game Camera app may request camera permission solely to show a live preview on screen. No images are recorded, processed, or sent. The game works fully even if you do not grant permission.

AI assistant

The Nova assistant runs on your device using prewritten responses. If an online model is added in the future, this policy will be updated and the change will be clearly announced in the app.

Children

Stalk is intended for ages 17 and up and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Website and contact form

This site does not use any tracking tools. Only a language cookie is stored, to remember the language you choose. What you write in the contact form is sent to us by email solely so we can respond to your request, and it is not used for any other purpose.

License

You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, selling, or modifying and distributing its code, story, images, or audio without permission is prohibited.

Fiction

Characters, brands, addresses, numbers, and events are imaginary. The game’s interface is fictional and is not affiliated with any phone or operating system manufacturer.

Liability

The game is provided as is. The developer cannot be held responsible for progress lost for reasons such as device storage being cleared.

Made with AI

The images in Stalk were generated with AI tools. The people shown are not real.

What was generated

Gallery photos, character portraits and profile pictures, social media posts, listing, hotel, and store images, product photos, and wallpapers.

No real people

The characters are fictional and were created with AI. Any resemblance to a real person, celebrity, or place is purely coincidental; these images do not represent anyone.

No real products

Product and store images do not depict any real product, brand, or price. Brand images used in sponsored placements, however, are the sponsor’s own materials and carry an “Ad” label.

Accessing someone else’s phone without permission, or reading or copying their messages, is a crime in many countries, including Türkiye.

Stalk does not encourage this behavior and does not teach any technique that could be used in real life. The locks, traces, and traps in the game are rules of this story alone. The game deals with themes of infidelity, betrayal, alcohol, and domestic tension. Recommended age: 17+. Store ratings: App Store 16+, Google Play PEGI 12.
